RDSP Advisor Starting in 2008 the Canadian Federal Government will contribute up to $90,000 towards the pension of the disabled member of your family. There are hundreds of thousands out there who qualify, but they must apply to get it. However, under certain current provincial disability support program rules, the RDSP assets will be taken into consideration when determining eligibility for provincial disability support payments. This could result in the poorest of the poor being ineligible to benefit from the RDSP.
