Application for Copnick/Hilliard Scholarship

The CPA is pleased to offer the Copnick/Hilliard Scholarship again this year in the amount of approximately $500.00.

This scholarship is provided from a Trust Fund established by contributions from the families of the late Morton Copnick and Craig Hilliard.

The purpose of this scholarship is to assist students with a Spinal Cord Injury to advance their post secondary education.

Evidence of the applicant's disability status must be verified by a physician or other qualified health care professional (i.e. physician, rehabilitation counselor, nurse, etc.) and submitted with the application.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation, such as letters of reference, transcripts and medical status are received by the selection committee.

Letters of reference should address the applicant's outstanding initiative, scholastic achievement, work as a peer volunteer and contribution to persons with spinal cord injury.

Application submission deadline is 5:00 pm (EST) August 15th of each year.
