The spring issue of Total Access magazine is out just in time for the launch of SCI/CPA Awareness month. There is renewed life each spring, and renewed optimism as spinal cord injury awareness is buzzing, particularly on Parliament Hill. With the support of Minister Steven Fletcher, a number of Members of Parliament as well as some other celebrities, spend the day in a wheelchair (this should provide some good footage for a subsequent issue of the magazine...). On another positive note, there is an article on the improvements in housing and property accessibility. Visions of an inclusive virtual and integrated community for persons with disabilities, their families and friends are announced, and bring promise for the future.

Profiled in this issue is Stephanie Cadieux, one of BCPA's own, embarking on a new set of political adventures. We travel to the Galapagos, explore research perspectives and get a primer on adaptive digital photography. Our regular Departments cover reports from our partners across the country.
